First certified in NAV 1.2 (in 1999), I’ve been writing C/AL and AL code – as well as C#.NET, MVC (browser based), JavaScript, and T-SQL – since then.
It takes a full toolset to support most businesses these days. AL is not enough. BC is not enough. Online solutions must often flow into other online solutions. Azure supports this. BC supports this. Good design supports this.
Business Is My Domain
Contrary to the myth about developers, the most important part of my experience comes from Bidniss1. As a student of business processes, I have learned from some of the best operations, finance, warehousing, sales, and manufacturing professionals in the country. I would rather talk about business than code.
But I’ll talk code anytime someone suffers from insomnia.
I have customized solutions in advanced warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and more. I have written incisive reporting tools for accounting, purchasing, sales, service, put & pick, and many others. But I’m an advocate for Business Central users first, so I’d rather help you find a well-respected third-party extension, install it and help you learn to use it than reinvent the wheel.
